Samples
The product images included within our site are provided to give you an overall impression of the stone products available to you, and to serve as a beginning and a reference for the process of speaking with a sales representative, and requesting samples of the actual stone product before making your final selection.
Although every step has been taken to display our products in these photos as accurately as possible, there are many variables pertaining to photographic conditions and varied computer settings which can alter the product representation in the images.
We highly recommend that you request samples of the product(s) you are selecting to purchase, as the photographs shall in no way serve as the basis for your final stone purchasing decision.
Shipment
Any shortages, damages, product problems, or exceptions of any kind must be brought to the attention of your salesperson within 48 hours of delivery in order for us to exchange the product for you.
Square feet per ton yields have been averaged to the best of our ability and there will be some variations for which we cannot be responsible.
Stone is a natural irregular product. There will always be small pieces on a pallet and a certain amount of waste that must be added when figuring your job. These small pieces are NOT returnable.
